My story hasn’t been a straight road, more like a winding path filled with detours, discoveries, and a few earned lessons. I’ve worn many hats over the years: author, parent, partner, wanderer, listener. I’ve lived in different cultures, shared countless stories over coffee, and learned that people everywhere carry their own version of “trying to make sense of it all.” I started my journey by writing books about children with learning differences and helping parents understand their world a little better. That experience opened a door I didn’t expect. Adults began reaching out, not for advice about their kids, but about themselves.

Somewhere along the way, my path evolved from helping children find their voice to helping grown-ups rediscover theirs. What I love most about mentoring is the alchemy of conversation. Turning confusion into clarity, pain into perspective, and “I don’t know” into “I think I’ve got this.”
My creative side helps me see patterns where others see problems, and possibilities where others see walls. I’ve learned that sometimes the most powerful solution isn’t a plan, it’s a pause. Now pursuing an ICF accreditation as a life coach, I offer something simple but rare, real talk, grounded in empathy, sprinkled with humour, and guided by the belief that every life can be redesigned with care.
I don’t promise quick fixes. I walk beside people until the noise quiets down and their own wisdom starts speaking again. Because life’s not about getting it perfect, it’s about finding the courage to keep rewriting your story, one honest chapter at a time.
